This Privacy Policy describes how WeAI (“the App”), developed by WeDigital, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our mobile application.

When you use the App, we may collect:
Full Name
Email Address
Password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication)
Project Details: project name, client, budget, status, etc.
Expense Data: wallet info, income/expense records, goals, etc.
All data is stored securely in Google Firebase and used solely for core functionality.
2. Use of Information
We use your data to:
Authenticate and identify users
Save and retrieve ERP-related entries like projects and expenses
Provide personalized access to the WeAI ERP tools
3. Third-Party Services
We use:
Firebase Authentication & Database – to manage user accounts and store data
(Future) Google AdMob or AI services may be integrated
These services may collect device identifiers and usage data.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and Firebase’s security rules to keep your data safe. However, no method is 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with any third party.

Request deletion of your account and data
Contact us to view/update your information
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 21.
